How do I connect my social media accounts?

Go to Profile → Connected Accounts and tap "Connect" next to the platform you want to link. You'll be redirected to the platform's login page to authorize Ripple.

How are my earnings calculated?

Earnings depend on the content's payout structure. Some pay a fixed rate per post, while others pay based on views or likes. You can see the payout details on each content card before publishing.

When can I withdraw my earnings?

Earnings go through a short hold period to verify engagement authenticity. Once released, they appear in your available balance and can be withdrawn to PayPal.

Why was my post flagged?

Our system monitors engagement patterns to ensure authenticity. If a post shows unusual activity (e.g., sudden spikes with no interaction), it may be flagged for review. Legitimate posts are typically cleared quickly.

How do I disconnect a social account?

Go to Profile → Connected Accounts, find the account, and tap Disconnect. This won't affect posts you've already published.

How do I delete my account?

Contact us at yubo@kolect.ai with your account email, and we'll process your deletion request. Any pending earnings will be paid out before account closure.
