Terms of Service

Welcome to Ripple. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Ripple mobile application (“App”) operated by Kolect (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use Ripple. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You may not share your account or use another person's account.
• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information, including your PayPal email for receiving payouts.

3. Content Publishing

• You may publish content made available through the App to your connected social media accounts.
• You must comply with each social media platform's terms of service and community guidelines.
• You may not artificially inflate engagement metrics (e.g., purchasing views, using bots, or engaging in click farms).
• We reserve the right to withhold earnings for posts flagged by our fraud detection systems.

4. Earnings and Payouts

• Earnings are calculated based on verified engagement metrics as defined by each content's payout structure (fixed rate, per-view, or per-like).
• Earnings may be subject to a hold period before becoming available for withdrawal.
• We reserve the right to adjust or reverse earnings in cases of detected fraud or policy violations.
• Payouts are processed via PayPal. You are responsible for any fees charged by PayPal.
• You are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from your earnings.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Manipulate engagement metrics through artificial means
• Create multiple accounts to exploit content budgets
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Interfere with the operation of the App or its infrastructure

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Any pending earnings may be forfeited if your account is terminated for fraud or policy violations.

7. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Kolect and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Content provided through the App for publishing is licensed to you solely for the purpose of publishing on your social media accounts as directed.

8. Disclaimers

• The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific earnings levels, or that engagement data from social platforms will always be available or accurate.
• We are not responsible for actions taken by social media platforms regarding your accounts or content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kolect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of earnings, data, or social media account access.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
